I’ll work with you to customize a personalized coaching strategy that fits your life and your schedule. Choose from the options listed below or contact me now to discuss your unique coaching needs.
One-on-One Career Coaching
Get personalized, one-on-one coaching to guide you through your career transition. We work together—at your pace, on your priorities—as I help you think, dream and plan your next move. As you move forward, I help make sure you stay on track to achieve your goals. One-on-One Coaching can be face-to-face, phone based or a combination of both. A three-month commitment is suggested and offered at a discounted rate.
Share the Inspiration—Coach with a Friend
You share so much with your friends—meals, laughter, tears and secrets. Why not share the creativity and inspiration of a coaching relationship, too? This alternative allows you and a friend to share coaching appointments and split the coaching fee. So you can keep each other moving forward and celebrate your successes—that’s what friends are for!
Career Assessments
Do you prefer a laid-back, creative atmosphere or a more formal environment? Are you better suited for teaching, aeronautical engineering or sales? What is your personal style and what can it reveal about your dream career? You’ll learn all of this and more with the Water’s Edge Career Assessment. Includes one hour of coaching support.
Quick Fix Coaching Conversations
Have a specific, short-term question? Quick Fix Coaching gives you an outside perspective or assistance for a short-term goal. Choose from 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
Career Coaching Discussion Groups
Do you work better in groups? Want to form your own group? Discussion groups led by Water’s Edge coach Scott Andersohn meet three times per month over the telephone to discuss common career challenges, issues and concerns. You’ll gain valuable insights, support and answers that you can apply to your own unique career path. Maximum: eight participants.
Career Coaching Book Clubs
Through discussion, homework, shared discovery and experience, you’ll gain insights into your own career objectives. This format includes group discussions conducted three times per month over the telephone and field work that encourages you to stay on track so you can make real progress. Maximum: eight participants.
